SMS/TEXT MESSAGING CONSENT AND TERMS Clause from Service AgreemeNT
A. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from DAWNE IT Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you expressly consent to receive automated text messages, including SMS and MMS messages, at the mobile phone number you provided. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from the Company.
B. Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of text messages from us:
  1. Transactional Messages: Service updates, appointment confirmations, account notifications, security alerts, payment reminders, and other messages directly related to your use of our services.

Our SMS service is available on major carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Not all carriers are supported. Please check with your carrier for compatibility.
F. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time using any of the following methods:
  1. Reply STOP: Text the word "STOP," "END," "CANCEL," "UNSUBSCRIBE," or "QUIT" to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.
  2. Email Request: Send an email to [insert email address] with your mobile phone number and a request to unsubscribe from text messages.

After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing or promotional text messages. However, you may continue to receive transactional messages necessary to provide services you have requested or purchased, such as appointment confirmations or security alerts, unless you terminate your service agreement entirely.

M. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these SMS consent terms. You confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to receive text messages at the number provided.
